Minories Spritz
Bitter orange, prosecco, soda. The one people order first.
The bar
Ten or so house drinks that change with the season, every classic you would expect, bottles for the booths, and enough low and no alcohol that nobody is stuck with a lime and soda.
House list
How we run the bar
A long cocktail list means a slow bar and drinks nobody has made twice. Ours is deliberately short: a handful of house drinks the team can build in under 2 minutes, and the classics on request from anyone behind the bar.
Spirits run deep rather than wide — tequila and mezcal, rum, a proper gin and whisky shelf — and the wine list is six or seven of each colour rather than forty.
Bottomless brunch, when it is on, runs for 60 minutes from the time your table sits down. Ask the team about current dates.
