What Cabo is for
One room, four jobs.
A long bar, booth seating down one side, a foliage wall and a floor that clears for dancing. It works as a meeting room at two in the afternoon and as a night out at ten at night.

Hire the whole room, or part of it.
The room is available to book out any day of the week. Teams take it for end-of-quarter drinks, brands take it for launches, and families take it for birthdays that need a room rather than a table.
You get the bar, the sound system, the lighting and a manager who runs the night with you. Minimum spends and deposits depend on the day and the date, so tell us what you have in mind and we will come back with the numbers.

- Any day of the week, daytime or evening, including Monday and Sunday when the bar is otherwise shut
- Part hire if you do not need all of it — the bar end, the booths, or the back of the room

The whole room or part of it, Sunday to Thursday and daytimes. It holds 250.
Friday & Saturday
After dark.
Friday starts as an after-work bar and turns into a night out somewhere around nine. Saturday is busy from early evening and stays that way. Both nights run through to four in the morning, with DJs, booths and bottle service the whole way.
Six to twelve
Table service in the booth, bottles on ice, mixers and ice included. A deposit holds it and comes off the bill.
Over 18s, photo ID
ID every time, whatever your age. Dress for a night out. We turn people away rather than let the room turn.
Tell us when you book
Say whose birthday it is and when, and the room finds out at the right moment. No charge for that part.

The bar
A short list, made well.
Ten or so house drinks that change with the season, the classics made the way they should be, and a wine list that is deliberately not long. If you want something that is not written down, ask — most of the team can make it.
There is low and no alcohol on the same list rather than hidden at the back, and enough to eat that nobody needs to leave for food. Bottomless brunch runs for 60 minutes from the time your table sits down.
