Cancelling

Tell us as early as you can and there is nothing to pay. Deposits are returnable up to the notice period on your confirmation; after that we may keep some or all of it, because the table has been held and turned away other bookings. The exact terms are on your confirmation and in our terms.

Running late

Call the venue rather than emailing. Tables are held for a short grace period; past that, on a busy night, we may have to release it.
