The room is yours any day of the week.
Cabo takes 250 standing. Any day of the week, daytime or evening, you can book out all of it or the part you need — Monday and Sunday included, when the bar is shut to the public. Tell us the date and the numbers and we will come back with a plan and a price.

What you get
A bar, a sound system and someone running it.
Hire at Cabo is the room staffed and ready, not an empty shell. The bar opens on whatever basis suits the event — tab, drinks package, or cash bar — and a duty manager runs the night with you from set-up to the last guest out.
- Full bar with your choice of tab, package or pay-as-you-go
- House sound and lighting, with a DJ booth you can use or we can staff
- Screens for presentations, showreels or a slideshow
- Cloakroom, security on the door, and a dedicated entrance off Minories

All of it, or part of it.
The room divides sensibly, so a party of sixty does not have to rattle around in a space built for two hundred and fifty.
The whole room
Everything: the long bar, the booths, the foliage wall and the floor. One entrance, one guest list, nobody else in the building.
The bar end
The front half, with the bar in it. Room to stand and talk, and enough seating that nobody is stuck holding a plate.
The booths
Banquette seating down one side with table service and bottles on ice. Curtained off from the floor when the night gets busy.
Daytime use
The room before it turns over for the evening. Daylight at the front, quiet, and the bar can stay closed if you would rather it did.

Those are the hours the bar is open to the public. Private hire is not limited to them: Monday and Sunday are shut to walk-ins and are the easiest days to book the whole room.
Friday and Saturday are late trading nights — the bar is open to the public from midday through to four the next morning — so full hire on those dates is rare. The booths and the bar end can still be reserved for a group, and a daytime hire that clears before the night starts is usually possible. Ask and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
How it works

Tell us the shape of it
Date, rough numbers, what the event is for and when you need the room from. A sentence is enough to start.

We come back with a plan
Which part of the room, the minimum spend or hire fee for that date, bar options and timings — in writing, same day where we can.

A deposit holds the date
We send a payment link. The deposit comes off the final bill, and the balance settles on the night or on invoice if you are a company.
Food
Bar snacks and platters from our own kitchen, or bring a caterer. We will talk you through what the room can handle.
Music
House DJ, your DJ, or a playlist through the system. Live sets are possible — tell us what you are planning.
Access
Step-free entry from Minories to the ground floor and an accessible WC. Tell us about any access needs when you enquire.

Christmas and December
December books early.
Office parties take most of the first three weeks of December, and the good dates go in September. If you are planning a Christmas party, send the enquiry now and hold the date — you can settle the detail later.
